Job Role : Site Manager in a real estate firm is responsible for overall management and supervision of construction activities at the project site. The role involves planning daily operations, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and delivering the project on time and within budget. The Site Manager acts as the key decision-maker on-site, ensuring smooth workflow, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining effective communication with the project management team.
