Job Role : A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with design plans, quality standards, and company policies. The role involves managing workers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining smooth site progress from start to completion. 

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities and manpower. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate daily site operations with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Allocate duties and supervise workers, technicians, and foremen. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance. Maintain site reports, progress records, and daily logs. Ensure adherence to project schedules and report delays or issues. Monitor use of materials and control wastage on-site. Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, hazard-free site environment. Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients for work progress updates.
