Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality, resolving on-site issues, and reporting to the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily reports
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations
- Manage labor allocation and productivity Inspect materials and workmanship for quality assurance
- Maintain site documentation including daily logs, attendance, and material usage
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Support inspections and audits by engineers, clients, or authorities
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization at the construction site
