Site Supervisor
Job Role :Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the project site to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with site engineers and contractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the site
- Check workmanship quality and report deviations
- Coordinate with site engineers for work planning and execution
- Maintain daily work progress and labor records
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Report site issues, delays, and requirements to senior staff
- Assist in inspections and site measurements
- Support timely completion of project milestones
