Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and workforce
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
- Monitor work quality and progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Allocate tasks and guide laborers, subcontractors, and technicians
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for updates and instructions
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
- Support inspections and quality control procedures
