Site Supervisor
Job Role : Site Supervisor oversees daily construction operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to design specifications and quality standards. They act as a link between site workers, contractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on site
- Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control
- Track material usage and ensure availability of resources
- Maintain daily site reports and progress documentation
- Identify and resolve site issues or delays promptly
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations
- Assist project manager in planning and execution of work schedules
