Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations of the spare parts department
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Forecast parts demand based on service and sales trends
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and authorized vendors for procurement
  • Monitor stock movement, aging, and reorder levels
  • Ensure availability of genuine and fast-moving parts
  • Support workshop and service teams with timely parts supply
  • Control inventory costs and minimize dead stock
  • Prepare parts sales reports and profitability analysis
  • Implement proper storage and warehouse management systems
