Store In-Charge
Job Role : Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the entire functioning of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining organized, accurate, and secure management of all inventory and materials. They supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, maintaining proper stock levels, and ensuring timely issuance of materials to various departments as required. The Store In-Charge also conducts regular inventory audits, tracks discrepancies, monitors stock movement, and implements measures to minimize wastage, damage, or pilferage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations and staff supervision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods.
- Issue and track materials as per company requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

- Monitor and control stock wastage or damage.
- Prepare reports on stock, usage, and procurement needs.
