Job Role : Store Manager is responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials and supplies in a real estate company. They ensure optimal inventory levels, maintain accurate records, supervise the store team, and coordinate with project and procurement departments to guarantee timely material availability for ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material supply.
  • Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimize losses.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance.
  • Ensure proper handling, safety, and storage of materials.
  • Monitor material usage and prepare reports on consumption and shortages.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
