Job Role:  Sub-Branch Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sub-branch, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving financial targets, maintaining member satisfaction, and supporting the main branch in administrative and operational tasks. 

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sub-branch efficiently.
  • Assist in achieving targets for deposits, loans, and revenue growth.
  • Approve loans within delegated authority and ensure proper credit checks.
  • Supervise and guide sub-branch staff for effective performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members and resolve their queries.
  • Ensure compliance with cooperative society laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial records, and petty cash operations.
  • Promote financial products and services to increase member engagement.
  • Prepare and submit sub-branch performance reports to the main branch.
  • Support the Branch Manager in implementing policies and operations
