Team Leader
Job Role : Team Leader is responsible for supervising the sales team, achieving showroom sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports
- Assist sales executives in closing high-value deals
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints
- Train new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coordinate with management, finance, and service departments
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and teamwork in the showroom
- Ensure proper display of vehicles and promotional materials
- Track customer follow-ups and lead conversions
- Support showroom manager in planning sales strategies
