Job Role:  Team Leader – Car Showroom is responsible for supervising the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining showroom standards. This role acts as a bridge between the sales staff and management, driving performance, motivation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities  : 
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve showroom sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations
Support sales executives in closing deals and increasing conversions
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management
Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and brand standards
Assign duties, coach staff, and manage team performance
Coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and customer follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
