Job Role :  Team Leader at a Hyundai automobile showroom is responsible for supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve showroom sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, motivating sales consultants, and ensuring adherence to Hyundai brand standards. The Team Leader acts as a link between showroom management and the sales team, supporting smooth operations and consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales consultant team
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor individual performance
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support the team in handling customer negotiations and closures
  • Monitor lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Ensure compliance with Hyundai sales processes and guidelines
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and stock teams
  • Conduct daily briefings and sales review meetings
  • Train and coach new and existing sales consultants
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and team productivity
  • Assist management with sales reports and performance analysis
