Technician
Job Role : Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in the showroom/service center. They ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and according to manufacturer standards, while supporting customer satisfaction and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues using tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on vehicles
- Replace faulty parts and components accurately and safely
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after service
- Maintain service records, job cards, and documentation
- Follow safety guidelines and workshop procedures
- Assist service advisors in explaining technical issues to customers
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Stay updated on latest automotive technologies and repair methods
