Job Role :  Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up with customers, schedule showroom visits/test drives, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role supports the sales and service departments by ensuring timely communication and excellent customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Follow up with inquiries for new and used vehicles.
• Schedule showroom visits and test drives for customers.
• Provide information on vehicles, prices, offers, and finance options.
• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.
• Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM/DMS.
• Call existing customers for service reminders and feedback (if required).
• Support sales team with appointment confirmation and lead coordination.
• Maintain daily call logs and share reports with management.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
