Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote chemical products, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and persuasive abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Respond to inbound inquiries about products and services.
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and promote products.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide product information and support to clients.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and telemarketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements and orders.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Report feedback from clients to improve products and services.
