Job Role :  Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales and marketing team. The role focuses on building customer relationships, providing product/service information, and converting leads into appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer queries effectively
  • Explain products, services, and promotions to customers
  • Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain a database of customer contacts and call records in CRM
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into business
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat business or feedback
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs
  • Support marketing campaigns through telecalling activities
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during calls
