Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to promote educational products and services, generate leads, explain offerings, and support enrollment or sales activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to students, parents, schools, and institutions
- Promote and explain educational products, courses, training programs, and services
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into enrollments or sales
- Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up data in CRM systems
- Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve basic concerns
- Schedule appointments, demos, or counseling sessions for sales or academic teams
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
