Telecaller
Job Role : Telecaller is responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and supporting the sales team by promoting the company’s surface treatment services and precision-engineered products. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and provide basic product/service information
- Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings (surface treatments, coatings, precision-engineered components)
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and competitor activities
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach during all communications
