Telecaller – Jewelry Shop
Job Role : Telecaller in a jewelry shop is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone, promoting products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion, and knowledge of jewelry products.
Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewelry products. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, offers, and services. Generate leads and schedule appointments for in-store visits or consultations. Maintain customer databases and update records accurately. Follow up on previous customer interactions to encourage repeat sales. Coordinate with the sales team to meet targets and customer requirements. Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned person.
