Job Role: Telecaller (Pre-Sales) is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role involves outbound calling, lead nurturing, maintaining CRM data, and providing the first level of information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.

Generate and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.

Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with leads to improve inquiry-to-visit conversions.

Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in the CRM.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant project information.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.

Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the manager.
