Job Role : Telecalling Executive is responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective and existing customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales and service teams through effective telephonic communication. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
  • Follow up on inquiries regarding vehicles, services, and promotions.
  • Schedule showroom visits and test drives for customers.
  • Provide information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM/DMS.
  • Call existing customers for service reminders or feedback.
  • Support the sales team by confirming appointments and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports for management review.
