Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the tool room, ensuring all tools are accounted for and in good working condition. Issue and reissue tools to production or maintenance teams. Maintain inventory records and ensure proper stock levels. Coordinate with purchasing for procurement of new tools and replacement of worn-out items. Implement preventive maintenance schedules for tools and equipment. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies. Supervise and train tool room staff for efficient operations. Optimize tool usage to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
