Trainee Engineer
Job Role : Trainee Engineer will support engineering teams in planning, designing, testing, and implementing technical projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development to prepare the trainee for a full-time engineering position.
Key Responsibility : Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing engineering systems, equipment, or processes. Conduct research, collect data, and analyze performance metrics to support project decisions. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations. Participate in on-site inspections, equipment monitoring, and troubleshooting activities. Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Follow standard engineering practices, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. Learn and apply company-specific tools, software, and engineering methodologies. Contribute innovative ideas during team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to build technical expertise. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project leads.
