Job Role : Trainee – Quality Control assists in testing, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. This role is designed for learning and supporting the QC team while gaining hands-on experience in laboratory testing, documentation, and quality standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Assist in performing quality tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Learn and follow standard testing procedures and laboratory protocols.
  • Record and maintain test results, observations, and quality data.
  • Support senior QC staff in sample preparation and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
  • Help identify quality issues and report discrepancies to the QC team.
  • Assist in preparing QC reports and documentation for management review.
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs in all laboratory work.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical knowledge of quality control processes.
