Job Role : Transport In-Charge is responsible for managing the institution’s transportation operations efficiently and safely. This includes overseeing vehicle maintenance, scheduling routes, managing drivers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities : Plan and manage daily transportation schedules and routes. Supervise and coordinate drivers and support staff. Ensure safety protocols and compliance with traffic regulations. Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage. Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, trips, and incidents. Handle complaints or issues related to transportation services. Prepare reports and manage transport budgets. Coordinate with school administration for events and special transport needs.
