Job Role :  Trust Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operations, and development of the charitable trust. The role ensures effective implementation of trust objectives, compliance with legal requirements, proper utilization of funds, and smooth coordination between trustees, staff, donors, and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the charitable trust
  • Implement and monitor trust programs, projects, and welfare activities
  • Coordinate with trustees and ensure execution of trust decisions
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation of trust activities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and fund utilization
  • Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and legal advisors
  • Manage donations, grants, and donor communications
  • Prepare reports for trustees, donors, and authorities
  • Supervise staff, volunteers, and field workers
  • Organize charitable events, camps, and social programs
  • Handle government liaison work and statutory filings
  • Address beneficiary issues and ensure transparency in services
  • Support fundraising and outreach activities
