Warranty Incharge
Job Role : Warranty Incharge is responsible for managing all warranty-related processes, ensuring proper documentation, claim processing, and customer satisfaction. The role coordinates between customers, service teams, and manufacturers to efficiently handle warranty claims and repairs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all customer warranty claims and related documentation.
- Coordinate with service technicians to verify warranty repairs.
- Liaise with OEMs/manufacturers for approval of warranty claims.
- Maintain records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
- Ensure timely processing and settlement of warranty cases.
- Educate customers on warranty terms, coverage, and procedures.
- Follow up on rejected or pending claims and escalate if necessary.
- Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues or product defects.
- Support service and parts teams in warranty-related operations.
- Prepare regular reports for management on warranty performance and claims.
