Job Role : Warranty Incharge is responsible for managing all warranty-related processes, ensuring proper documentation, claim processing, and customer satisfaction. The role coordinates between customers, service teams, and manufacturers to efficiently handle warranty claims and repairs.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Handle all customer warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to verify warranty repairs.
  • Liaise with OEMs/manufacturers for approval of warranty claims.
  • Maintain records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Ensure timely processing and settlement of warranty cases.
  • Educate customers on warranty terms, coverage, and procedures.
  • Follow up on rejected or pending claims and escalate if necessary.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues or product defects.
  • Support service and parts teams in warranty-related operations.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on warranty performance and claims.
