Workshop Manager – Electric Vehicle Showroom
Job Summary: The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical and operational activities of the electric vehicle (EV) workshop. The role ensures efficient scheduling, high-quality repair and maintenance work, timely delivery, and complete customer satisfaction. The Workshop Manager also supervises the technical team, manages resources, maintains tools and equipment, and ensures compliance with OEM standards and safety norms.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
*Plan, allocate, and monitor repair and maintenance jobs for electric vehicles.
*Ensure quality workmanship, timely delivery, and adherence to manufacturer standards.
*Lead, guide, and motivate technicians, electricians, and service advisors.
*Conduct technical training sessions and ensure the team stays updated on the latest EV technologies.
*Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment, and charging stations in optimal working condition.
*Monitor technician efficiency, labor utilization, and job card completion.
*Ensure proper documentation of repair orders, service history, and warranty claims.
*Implement workshop safety standards and environmental regulations.
